B Bistro + Bakery is an urban oasis from Miami star chef Henry Hané.
Pulling on influence from around the globe, with the chef’s talents, pedigrees and passions, B Bistro + Bakery features freshly made morning pastries, including Danish, brioche, and a variety of flaky croissants; signature desserts such as bonbons, macaroons, petit gateaux (small cakes), layered verrines, entremets and tarts; and large specialty cakes.
B Bistro + Bakery has a rotating menu of a handful of savory breakfast dishes and scrumptious lunches including leafy and grain-based salads, open-faced sandwiches, housemade soups and veggie-heavy main dishes.
Open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-5pm for breakfast and lunch and Saturday and Sunday from 8am-5pm for our world famous brunch!
CHEF HENRY HANÉ
Chef/Partner Henry Hané possesses a professional pedigree that is often unsurpassed. Born in Lima, Peru to a Colombian father and Peruvian mother, Hané was brought up in a family where good food was first. A graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Miami, Hané began his career at the prestigious, Two Michelin Star Le Manoir Aux Quat Saisons in Oxford, England before moving on to two top restaurants in the Basque Country of Spain, followed by an intense training in Thailand and Singapore.
After returning to Miami, Hané took a position as sous chef at Miami’s Le Basque catering, where he was soon promoted to chef. The young talent later moved on to open Michelle Bernstein’s famed Sra. Martinez before returning to his birthplace to perfect his technique in the intricacies of Peruvian cuisine. He later took a two-year stint with one of the world’s top chefs, Paco Perez, of the Two Michelin Star restaurant Miramar in Llanca, Spain, where he perfected the science of manipulating textures with modern techniques. Hané now brings his extensive technical experience and deft touch to Brickell with B Bistro.
